The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is conducting a survey intended for the participants in the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) pilot. The survey is a voluntary, confidential, and short Needs Assessment survey to help inform the learning needs for events for next year to support home health agencies in the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model.
On January 1, 2016, CMS launched a Home Health Value-Based Purchasing pilot program (HHVBP) in nine states: Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, Nebraska, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington State. The HHVBP will last for five years and can be expanded at any time. Participating agencies will receive their first payment adjustment related to HHVBP pilot applied to final paid claims in 2018.
The National Association for Home Care & Hospice encourages agencies in the nine participating states to take a few minutes to complete the survey before Friday, October 13, 2017 by clicking https://www.research.net/r/HHVBP_TA_NA_SA.
