MedPAC’s March Report to Congress Recommends Increased Hospice Data Collection, No Payment Cuts

The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission’s (MedPAC’s) recently released March 2009 report to Congress, “Reforming Medicare’s Hospice Benefit,” includes recommendations (in chapter six) as voted out by the commissioners at their Jan. 9 meeting (NAHC Report, Feb. 27).
