OSHA Injury, Illness Report Due March 2

March 2, 2022 is the deadline for electronically reporting your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Form 300A data for calendar year 2021. Electronic submissions are required by establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses. Remember, not all establishments are covered by this requirement.
