In July of this year, PD Home Care at NAHC plans to trial the release of new a way to engage with our educational offerings. Recognizing that many leaders are experiencing “webinar fatigue” and are busier than ever with business demands, changing rules and regulations, etc.; we have been exploring ways to create an easier to access, on-demand, learning experience for our members. Time is a precious and valuable commodity, and we want to give some of that time and flexibility back to you with the introduction of Learning Bytes.
Learning Bytes are 15-20 minute recorded education sessions focused on key topic areas in private duty. These recorded sessions will be available on-demand for our members and include the contact information for the faculty of each session so you can reach out and ask question, or seek follow-up information, if and when you want to.
We are pleased to offer our first set of four Learning Bytes with our partners at Home Care Pulse showcasing a few interesting and novel data points from the most recent industry benchmarking study including sessions on how our NAHC members perform in relation to the rest of the competitive set and insights into correlations between certain employee benefits being offered (Like PTO) to staff and engagement and retention rates.
