NAHC Welcomes New Members to the Private Duty Home Care Advisory Council

Earlier this month, the NAHC Private Duty Home Care Advisory Council welcomed four new members to its ranks after careful deliberation and review of an unprecedented number of applications from interested members. The new members are:

Barbara Byers, President, Western Illinois Home Health Care
Patricia Drea, Senior Vice President, AXXESS
Neal Kursban, CEO, Family & Nursing Care
Nicholas Oliver, Executive Director, Rhode Island Partnership for Home Care

Meeting every other week, the Advisory Council is made up of eighteen leaders within the private duty home care community, selected on an annual basis via a formal application process. These leaders lend their expert insight and experience to help drive strategic goals and initiatives across education, advocacy, leadership, and innovation; and play an integral role in the development of new service offerings and programs specifically for private duty home care.

“Every day I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to work with such distinguished and talented members of the private duty home care community,” said Emilie Bartolucci, Executive Director of Private Duty Home Care at NAHC. “Private Duty Home Care at NAHC continues to expand its service offerings and strengthen its foundation for our member, and much of our success can be attributed to those actively participating on the council. I look forward to another productive and successful year.”

On behalf of everyone at the National Association for Home Care and Hospice, NAHC welcome these new members to the Private Duty Home Care Advisory Council and thank them for their willingness to serve and unwavering commitment to the private duty home care community.
